There's a nl holdem game at Diamante casino...at least it was running six weeks ago. It's a block east of the jaragua. They also had an Omaha game.

The rake is terrible at both places unless they've changed. Up to 1000 pesos per hand. If they deal 20 hands per hour they're taking up to 20k pesos per hour off the table.
