my SIL does not have paypal. miesposo has a private paypal but it is not accessible for cash withdrawals in DR. we only have it for ebay purchases. if you still would like to send some money you could forward it to miesposo's paypal. we would then give cash equivalent in pesos from our own pocket and then use dollars to make ebay purchases. does it make sense?
