This is the top end and believe it or not there are several interested parties according to the caretaker. You get what you pay for here in Santiago especially in areas such as Monte Verde and this house sits in a 10,000 sq meter plot with swimming pool and guesthouse.

Similarly you should check out the prices in La Trintaria area but these are only apartments.

I did not know it was possible to get anything decent for a good price in Santiago so I started to look in the Puerto Plata Area and Gasper Hernandez.
