Would someone please help as I am at a lost here... I am going to DR in July and will be going to Punta Cana.. I have all that set there however, I am driving with a very large group from Punta Cana to Santiago.. I will be staying in Santiago for a couple of days and would like to tour some places that are around.. such as Jarabaco, Constanza and Samana.. I know Jarabacoa is well known for their rivers, etc. I am trying to find out what would be the best way to go to these places at low cost... anyone know of excursions from Santiago to all these places? particularly from Santiago to Samana (would love to tour cascada limon/ cayo levantado and so on in Samana) what are the prices?
