What area, and on what street does the street parties take place on the weekend. I went to one last year, but I don't remember the street or how to get there. Does anyone know of the area, where all of the young locals come out and hang out to party in the street on the weekends.

Are you sure it wasn't a "Festival" weekend?
I don't think that they party in the streets every weekend.
