Security and departing from AZS

Anyone have any idea about airport security, delays, back log passengers or baggage due to heightened
security measures when departing from AZS in the past couple of days ?... We Have folks leaving today,
just curious if they need to be there hours in advance... Thanks for any info and have a great day !

There are very few flights per day out of here. I would not think it would be the hassle you would find in SD. It always pays to be early rather than late.

Thank You... It was hassle free and there were even 2 flights departing at more or less the same time.
For the immediate future, check-in was standard, entering the secure area was standard, there
were two police dogs in the terminal, the beer was cold in the shop...
All normal at AZS for departure's, for those leaving have a safe & pleasant trip home.

AZS is easy. I love it. Small aeroportos are the best!

too late for the OP's question, but it is the newest, least used airport in the country.

I often pay a premium to use it over POP.
There is a palpable difference in attitude and service.
