She seems very sincere about her convictions.
BUT.
1) Monies separate and distinct from government funds (now 13 MM in debt)
2) List of work - she calls it
3) Transparent bids from companies with a good history. (detailing how the work would be done)
4) Incremental payments
5) Work oversight committee - her call. They can charge a reasonable price, but must be accountable. They are on contract and can be let go with NO severance.
6) Online visibility of Work and bids, accounts receivable and payable, money 'donated' verified.
7) Bi-monthly audit.
