some of the complainers come from countries where cops pull people over for no reason, and give them tickets, in order to help augment the revenue of the small towns they operate in. not 4 dollars, but real money for people who earn 15 dollars per hour. there are numerous persons who have been to jail because they just cannot pay the fines and feed a family. so, spare me the bawling. tell it to the hand.
