If you see a little green circle with a person inside, at the bottom right of the person’s avatar or initials, that means they’re online. In settings, members can choose to not show that icon.

I was in there deactivating , then reactivating ..
SO I think for those who its not working ..
Try deactivating it , and then put it back on .. worked for me .

I don't have access to that information.
I have a green man and have that status setting unchecked. Is that the issue everyone is discussing? Maybe because it's me I can see it. I would be happy if folks knew i was online and what i was doing. We can make a party
Admin and mods AND flyinroom.
Not only do I see who is online, I also see what thread they are following/viewing.
Admittedly...not everybody.
Just a select few.
I am going to add "notlurking" to the above list of dr1'ers that I can see. But that's okay because he is simply not lurking. (haha)
Let me clarify. Admin and mods can see everyone who is online, regardless of their settings. As JD mentioned, we see a list of everyone who is logged in. If they have privacy checked, we see their name greyed out.
