I won't clutter the Weather Thread with this

I had a flight today (Wednesday) out of SDQ to EWR at 1pm..... but the weather scared me
So I changed it to 3pm Tuesday, hoping to beat the storm.

The plan worked.
Drive was about 1/3 terrifying.... the Nagua part had real rain..... wicked.......Samana looked worse, judging by the cloud cover & color

The lower part of the toll road was easy and dry
Good news is the toll booths weren't operating - nor was the 60 peso one near the airport.... free ride !

Made the 3pm flight to EWR without hassle

update.... my outbound from EWR-SDQ for today is delayed 1 1/2 hrs
Whew !! I am happy I changed -- PLUS, more time with my daughter!!

SDQ Parking

I came back Thursday..... was away Tuesday until a week Thursday............ better part of 10 days

Parking was 3,250 for that time - not bad I thought
