US land line number forward to the the DR?

I have a job opportunity to work in the DR, but here are my requirements.

Requires a dedicated, private home office, computer, high speed internet connection, and phone line ("land" line, not VOIP) to be used when working Virtually.

Is it possible to have calls forwarded at a set price without going VOIP?
