You could give these come platanos 100% of the US's GDP and still would have a half iliterate country. You can throw all the money you want but the stupidity of Dominincans is not caused from lack of decent schools, but from a lack of desire or will to put forth an effort at learning something new. Dominicans are lazy, especially when it comes to learning something they feel they dont need.

This country is one big a$$ cheatsheet! El pais del chivo constante. Country will never progress when 75% of its students cheat at every single exam presented to them. I was a creative cheater in my high school days but these people are just descarados....and so are the teachers who permit it.

The DR would run out of fuel/ ammo and water ten miles past the border. Half of the soldiers would sell their rifles or hire Hatians to carry them. All of the Hatians would surrender except for the Aid Workers who would want the DR to commit atrocities so they can start wailing and raise more money from suckers in the USA. By the second day the DR soldiers would complain about feeding the prisoners and the DR would make a law that Hatians cannot be prisoners of war.

This is just too funny. I laughed when I listened to Alvarito saying it. The old timer just lost it. War? Haiti and DR at war?. That would be a "war" to last 200 years, because there is simply no military power on either side to do real damage. Yes, maybe it'll take them a few months to see if those WWII aircrafts still fly, or if the WWII tanks still roll. And yeah, very important, they're going to need new ammo for the old rifles, the ones that came with them in 1950 are probably stale by now. I guess DR generals will have no choice but to take their jeepetas to the border, their military escort are assigned the only working guns. Would there be a nice hotel to put their amantes in? How much is a whisky bottle at the border?. I wonder how many sticks and stones can a Lincoln Navigator take before stopping?. Let's not forget the navy, ah the navy. They better not get too far from shore.
Not to mention if DR tries anything against Haiti, all the financial help will be withdrawn, starting with the oil. This is such a funny joke...
I guess some people in DR are eager to get rid of what they think is a shameful neighbor, who brings all those black genes to the otherwise white nature of DR. There are some stupid people in the world, and then there is this Alvarito guy. What a stupid old f@rt.

the other half of the equation is that Dominicans believe they are born with knowledge, and do not need to be instructed, because they know everything already. they are the only people who i have ever heard say that they know more about an electronic device than the guy who designed it.

I always know who is talking when they bring up "they invaded us".. which was really sorta more like a completely different era and history .. as in Yeah, we all remember 1844. But what is really seems to mean is "they killed white people"

The problems between Dominicans and Haitians lie in racism. Most Dominicans have been taught from early childhood that Haitians are beneath them. Sad but true. Dominicans dont rememeber or care about the invasion back in the day. They care about the current invasion of Haitians. and then its only cause of the color of their skin and because they speak another language.

If Haitians were white and spoke spanish, dominicans wouldnt have a problem with them. But because they cant communicate with them (usually) and because of the color of their skin, they are hated. Shoot, there are racist black dominicans.... and their racist against blacks!??!?!

Wow! NV, from reading your posts, you resent living in the DR and you seem to be very bitter about it.

I decided to leave because I refused to live like a prisoner,(among other things) I had a hard time adjusting to the way of life.

You shouldn't have to live in a place where you don't feel at home.
