There were some in Cabarete yesterday but where do they first arrive in the DR?

Not sure about Samana Bay but the
the DR has become full of them. I'm
doing Carnival this afternoon in Santiago
with friends and no doubt... there will be
plenty WHALES to watch

About 10:15 yesterday, we saw at least two off of Playa Alicia. They were moving from the Sosua Bay area back out to open water.

Plenty of whales on Pedro Clisante in Spandex eating pica pollo and everything else fried. Couldn't breach if they were in knee deep water

First sighting in over 5 years. Pod of 6 going east, just east of Sosua. Lots of breaches, tail slapping. Might be a good year.
