What are the best dance clubs in Santo Domingo for Trance and Techno music?
Maybe find an All Inclusive that caters to Europeans, but even then I think you would have a hard time finding techno. Good luck finding one of those foam machines too. If you want techno, go to Ibiza.
The capital has a ton of them, people move around. I suggest you look at the main website here that focuses on that scene.

We have a massive Techno/Trance scene here, you need to be here to find the good nights out though. Alot of the younger DJ's really are rubbish and I am unsure how they make a living from it. Venues change all the time depending on who has the nigth so you can't rely on the clubs to keep a good standard either.
Best thing to do is have a walk around town and you will see posters all over the place, eventually you will notice something you know is good. We have guest DJ's from all over the world, if you find the underground scene then you will find the better venues.
