What happened to Proacceso Bank ?

I lived in DR about 15 years ago. What happened to this bank? Does it still exist? Was it bought or merged with another bank?

The update on that: In August 2018, Scotiabank reported that it formalized the agreement for the purchase of Banco del Progreso for an amount of US $ 330 million.

So, the Banco de Progreso is no more, now it has become ScoitaBank.

Ah ok. I had an account at Progreso. Who do I contact at Scotiabank to get my new account details or to withdraw the money?

In Cabrera, they moved the branch to Rio San Juan... and most of the staff

See if you can find where your branch moved to..
