Must be this one.
We had one similar in our patio two years ago, killed by our two schnauzers about a meter and a half long.
I try to find the picture my wife took.

Yes even a touch of green. My Wife ‘s cousin used to climb coconut trees before his motorcycicle accidents found one on top of a tree, almost fel because of the shock.

Forget it, they are chopped in pieces when found. I agree. You can’t have this around the house.

Is that another species that in this case should be renamed “Dominican Boa” (if it became extinct in Haiti)?

Quite a few species habitats was islandwide and now are limited to the DR.

Cabarete
Don't kill it! They do so much good for the environment. We live in an area in Cabarete where we have lots of big trees and they are always in our garden. One of our cats has brought a few small ones into the house and scared the crap out of my wife, to the point where she runs out of the house and won't go back in until it has been removed:ROFLMAO: However, she does not want them killed...not even the cat kills them, just brings them in alive and leaves them as a gift!
