Where to purchase Revista car sticker in POP

This thread is kind of confusing, between revista and marbete.  Never a problem with marbete, fast and easy.  It was the last revista/inspection that had lines in SD.  I remember the thread about the wait times.  

Right. And no matter which one you're buying, it's always much better to buy them as soon as you can because everyone here waits until the last minute to buy theirs.

Kinda like throwing 200 pesos in the gas tank every time they run out of gas.
