Makes sense, since airlines will not ship lithium batteries in the hull of an airplane anymore. They woukd have to come by sea...or so.ebody would have to carry them on an airplane in masse.

Ships arrive with cargo in the DR all of the time, but nobody has these batteries on the north coast.
