The best was Don Juan Bosch.

There! I said it. Let the infractions begin. Bring 'em on - I'm ready.

The worst, is subjective to who you are and the time in which you live/d. Its easy to look through the histories and read what others thought or look at some bad choices made in hide sight and judge them. Not knowing the times in which they lived or who or what influenced their presidency. I am very well versed in our country's history and most of the outside influence that still shapes this country today. I major in history in college plus being someone very contemplative of my life, times, and our history, I would find any of our past leaders bad. Some have been better than others, of course. But some have had much harder circumstances under which they presided. The chiefs of the taino, that greetedmake Colombus, can be shown to have made bad choices in hind sight. So they were all great man, some better leaders, some worse, don't let others oppion decide for you how to view our history or our leaders and no one in your family remember what their presidencies were like then how do we know if the things said about them is true or not. Without eye witnesses it would be not admitted in a court but counted as heresies!!! Don't be so easily divided mis hijos, after all, and thought it we are still the valient sons of Quisqenya! That's what's most important!!! God bless and keep you all, Tus hermano,
biggs

Leonel Fernandez, Hipolito might have been a huge "charlatan" but he still didn't steal as much as Leonel.

Having only lived under the last three, it's difficult to say.
"Leonel", & "Hipolito" would be hard to beat in any event!

Hipolito takes the title by crumbling the economy and not having etiquette.

A reporter one time pointed him that his zipper was down and his response
was that when the yuca is big the ground breaks open. I think he would make
a good comedian and not a politician.
