Interesting. I know a lot of guys that think Santiago has the most beautiful women in the DR because they are the least African looking.
If you're looking for a point, I guess the PC response would be that people have different tastes when it comes to the concept of beauty and what attracts them.
Kind of ironic that guys would seek out Dominicans because of their perceived African features when most Dominicans would never self-identify themselves as African or having African features.
gorgon, if he's correct that must have been one persistent dominicana who wanted to get to Guyana. Without flying through USA, you need to take Copa to Panama, transfer to another Copa to Trinidad, then get a Caribbean air ticket out of Port of Spain... I did it once and I'll never take that route again.
there are a bunch of Dominicanas working in Suriname. that must be equally difficult. do not allow the idea of difficulty to cloud your analysis. do you know what it must take to get on a yola?
I have heard of Dominicana in French Guyana too.
My super who was Dominican in my former building told me his sister lived in French Guyana, never qreally asked doing what. My super is from cristo rey in Santo domingo (dont think it is a well to do area)

Dutch Guiana (Suriname), French Guiana (Cayenne) and Guyana ...huge difference ...i can guarantee there are not a "bunch" of dominicans in Guyana
never been there, and i am not one to speculate on numbers. what i do know is that they are there, and i have met one who is there.
