Decent internet cafe in Puerto Plata?

I am without internet at home for a bit, so would like to know if there is a decent internet cafe in Pto Pta. All the ones I have found have either cramped, sweaty cublices or antiquated and barely functioning equipment. Usually both.

A Belgian guy used to run an acceptable one on Doce de Julio but he closed a few years back.

not only did he close; he passed away last month.
