Then again, I wonder why would someone do that ? Unless, they already know what they are looking for.

An Asian gentleman attempted to buy and restart the casino in Cararete a few years ago, once he saw the local occupancy numbers he bailed. I truly cant wait for the Marriott property in Sosua, I hope it is as nice as that super lux Ahnvee place. Did someone say "Infrastructure" and Sosua in the same sentence, part of the Sosua ambiance is the smell of sewage after a heavy rain, I am sure that will be ironed out, those Marriott guests don't mind not flushing or putting toilette tissue in a waste basket.

Ahnvee is a mistake under any Sosua scenario. I cannot imagine what those people were thinking.

As for the AI resort, the fellow managing it said it was backed by Luis Abinader, a tourist airline which I think was TUI Fly, but it may have been Thomas Cook and a third very wealthy DR backer like Estrella. The manager said it was very frustrating to get anyone to work properly here. He had built resorts on other islands and this was by fare the worst. Then DR customs wanted too much to bring in the fixtures and supplies for the refurb and the backers pulled out. I suppose it will crumble to dust now. But that is Cabarete.

Now back to Sosua, the Hilton and the cleans sweep of Sosua beach....

Ive already seen a couple vids of sex workers and johns partying in Ahnvee. I remember when Ahnvee first opened it was supposed to be this respectable small resort. Its interesting they decided to scoop up that crowd.

It is either take what they can get or get nothing. As I mentioned, it was a stupid thing to do in that location. A resort for Active Adults? Humorous and sad at the same time. Oh well, their days are numbered if those vids draw the ire of the government and the investors. That was even posted on the whore monger site about how much damage those videos are doing to the monger cause. You remember? Those Saviors of Sosua!

what's the matter, don't you like the open bathroom concept, you can keep an eye on your chica while you are using the toilet and she is in the jacuzzi or laying in bed.

I still dont think the red light zone is going to succeed. Especially now with the recent arrests there. People are going to go elsewhere.

That statement is shared by others. Like it or not
Sosua has gotten more attention than it probably
deserves on an international scale. Certainly it has
become one of the reasons for them to start cleaning
up the place so to help bring in real investment.

The same story was told to me by the person who was hired to revamp the AI resort in Cabarete.
What the "source" said is very close to what he told me years ago. He told me there would be an action
to diminish the visibility of prostitution before the investors would come in. The story may be a lie, but
I suspect it is real. Stay tuned and see for yourself. You are the last Big doubting Thomas after all.

The idea and the implementation, as in the bathrooms, were stupid. And you cannot fix stupid.
