Of course there is a current viral situation. It may delay development, or it may not. Some have said work is proceeding.

Short term, sure. But I predict that there will be a huge pent up demand next High Season.
This virus will be well behind us.

It is nice for the time being, like China or Venice, 25% less pollution.

If this goes really bad, it will solve the Climate Crisis, ehh not Ritz. Did not mean that.

That spot on the peninsula is a perfect site for a dog shelter.

I have a sinking feeling that large corporate backed hotels are not the wave of the future.

The Ritz Carlton Reserve is not a large corporate hotel. It is a boutique hotel for the 1%ers
