Is this the boat?
I think I know who it belongs to.
If it's who I am thinking it might be,
boat has been moored in harbor for
about one month in Luperon?
If so, I will reach out to the
the English fella tomorrow on WhatsApp.

Is this the boat?
No Pich, Thanks but the boat in your picture is the Nautitech 46 catamaran like the one in which the quadriplegic athetoid cerebral palsy sufferer, Natasha Lambert crossed the Atlantic from Gran Canaria to St. Lucia in 18 days in 2020. The boat I'm interested in is a 41' sailboat which was at Luperon early this year, reportedly British owned..............

Most vessel's that sail internationally have a documented name and home port and country on the hull and elsewhere. That vessel information is documented in the home port country. If you know the vessel name and home port you should be able to access some information.

What is the home port country?
I don't know where the boat is/was registered but it I do know that it was inspected by the DR Navy in Luperon in January 2021.
I am not seeking its registration/classification data, just want to know if any of our members in Luperon know the boat and/or its owner.

I suspect someone is owed some money and the sailboat left without settling the debt

Or an outstanding bench warrant. (Hardly ever the reason people end up in Luperon or the DR in general). :p Twice in my development so far!!
indeed!! However its always easier to spot someone who lives on a sailboat for more than a weekend.
