Things have moving a harmonious way between the Dominicans and Haitians here in Santiago in the center of town for long time. I think thIs government's decision is going to change that. Not thinking this one through all the way in my opinion. We'll find out next week. I also don't see how this will be enforced on tourist visiting the country either.

If I am arriving from MIA this afternoon am I required to present a vaccine card or a negative PRC test at arrivals?
