They are trying to sell a house only because they took a picture, put it on line, and trying a "flip".

IF it's trustworthy. How they think it'll work is still unclear but if they can make it like MLS in the Us then they'll be on to something. I just can't see trusting it but time will tell.
I know the guy that developed the computer program and he is trustworthy. I cant speak to anyone else involved as I don't know them. What are your doubts?

He's emailing me now (spamming?) almost on a daily basis. Once a month would be more appropriate IMHO but I understand the need to get customers

Santo Domingo has one of the greatest concentrations of top notch restaurants covering the cuisine the world over in the entire Caribbean. Makes one wonder what restaurants did Mountainannie visited.
Santo Domingo has some of the worst restaurants we have ever had the displeasure of being in. “Top notch restaurants”? What is your criteria.

I have eaten in restaurants of various classes in about 40 different countries. The DR is on the lower end for service with a few exceptions, but most of the rtime of food is very good.

Bob, if you were going for ribeye, would you go here? Of course, that assumes you're somewhat local.
Sure either one, but my wife would find them both too expensive. I have eaten at Casa Vera which we both thought the food was excellent, and got good but not great service. It is highly rated.

we rented in the area for 3 years before we started looking to buy. Talked to several "realators" asked advice from several new homeowners. It all worked out perfectly. Had a good lawyer, had a good realtor and would recmmend both.

As in other countries - remember, the broker represents the seller.... first & foremost

Unless you have a buyer's commission agreement - then they work for the purchaser
