San Cristobal has always been a hot spot ever since this all started

But, The local daily bulletins published on DR1 news have been reporting daily cases are now down to just a few hundred a day (I know, I know) and the death rate continues to drop and is now at 0.76%, one of the lowest in the Americas.

If it continues like that, I'll probably stop using them when it gets warm.

The school admin sent a letter today. The entire school has to continue to use masks. Doesn't make sense if the President authors a decree to lift all measures, the public schools can do as they please. Dominican pride
Yet virtually all Dominicans started using masks IN PRIVATE (OK perhaps not with the family, but when out of sight of possble enforcers) within seconds after the President decreed their use IN PUBLIC. The vaccine passport thing was more loosely enforced I have to admit, sometimes because of lack of resources to put a person in the door. I believe those shenanigans were almost 100% for show.

Also in the US many schools have been the last to get rid of the mask mandates, which is funny since children are the least at risk, and also because it's demonic behaviour to put masks on small children.

I'm new here by the way. Hello everyone

Teachers unions are the same in both countries.

Anyone having Brain Fog issues after taking mRNA vaccines ?

My BIL and I have both developed sinus issues that don't seem to be going away. Whether it is the vaccines or not it has been noticeable to both of us about a month after the vaccination.

I've had two minor strokes shortly after mine but my Neurologist didn't think the two were connected. She also prescribed a spray decongestant but only said it was to reduce inflamacion.

No but my arm is super sore after my first shingles vax shot and I yelled at my chica to bring me a cup of coffee

Well I've had that sinus thing too on and off for a year now. I do 3 things:
1. Flonase bc it's a steroid (Amazon)
2. A local nasal spray called Otrivin or i also order Afrin sinus on Amazon
3. Zyrtec 10mg daily (cetirizina)

Sometimes i use a hot washcloth it's so bad. Vicks VapoRub in a pot of boiling water make a tent with a towel.

Adding: this regimen was worked out with my PCP

The local Flonase is called Furonasal. No need to get it from Amazon.

I use Eucalyptus oil with hot water and that works better than vicks for me. I also use the Nalosar ( memetasona furoato) , along with levocetirizina diclohidrato 5 mg.

All this too and really nothing alleviates the congestion. I can breathe with the treatment but there is clearly congestion that never goes anywhere. It's the darndest thing. And it's as soon as I lay down.

My sister also had one right after her booster. Better believe they are connected. Thousands of reported strokes and heart issues are not just coincidence

For dry, stuffy, sinus congestion, I use Equate phenylephrine HCL nasal spray. Works great for me. Opens the nasal passages quick. I bought it on eBay.
