I just passed by the Seabreeze. I don't know about the hotel, but the lights and digital sign at the bar were lit, all the tables and chairs were set up in the courtyard, and the restaurant door was open also.

I walked by Sunday night and it was in full open mode with many people (ok 5) drinking at their bar

The exact same Scenario happened at the Sosua Sunrise ? Hotel , now " Alicia Beach Hotel" ? by Playa Alicia ..

One Group owned the HOTEL, another Group owned the website , and they were fighting and trying to claim the Hotel is CLOSED , kind of like Ransom until they got paid for their Website Hosting and maintenance Business ..

That's my Ford in front of the end unit. I'm very happy there.
