What is y’all opinion about a neighborhood call CERRÓ ALTO in Santiago ?

What are the PROS & CONS ? Etc etc etc
IS it Safe ?

Is it better than the famous neighborhood call CERRÓ DE GURABOS ? Etc etc etc

how is the crime rate and “DELICUENCIA” on or near the CERRÓ ALTO ? Etc etc etc

Mi amiga lives there. Massive house with an in-ground pool. The fact that it's QUIET at night says a lot about the neighborhood. Giving up on Piantini already?

I live in Cerro Alto in a residencial and I'm comfortable here. Going out walking during the day is no problem but there are issues with delinquents at night. I think the issues are the same in Cerros de Gurabo but you can say that for most if not all large metro areas in the country.

Gurabo has better restaurants close by and better supermarkets. Supermercado Nacional has a location in Gurabo and Bravo is just outside the barrio. The closest supermarket to Cerro Alto is Sirena and it's not well stocked at that location. Another potential upside for your Mom is Union Medica is close to Gurabo.
