Intense cardio! Not a stroll through the park. Fat people think walking around the block is enough. If you don't get your pulse rocking, you may as well be watching a soap opera.Go to a gym about 4 times a week.... good for everything.

A major part of the audience here are Medicare B recipients. Extreme cardio would kill off what's left of the DR1 community 😭Intense cardio! Not a stroll through the park. He's calling a spade a spade. As a guy who has battled the bulge for my whole life, I have no problem with that. What I do have a problem with is his collective mentality. "All fat people think..." No darling Big, not all fat people think alike. That would be like me saying "all snobs think that..."Big, you have such a way with words.. "Fat people". Wouldn't this pertain to anyone (walking around the block), heavy, thin, etc...
If you are under 65 years old get humano.a good plan is about 3900 pesos a month. There is no medical.Jan, have you looked at Senasa?
My point is... His statement could apply to anyone, any weight. But that is not the topic. He's calling a spade a spade. Problem is the government already knows my issues. The Salude Publico had me go for tests to get the meds but I didn't have near enough cash for all they asked for to give me the meds. So, oh well. I just need to go to them and see what's up.
Sounds like a habitI've been able to get anything I needed without a prescription as long as it wasn't a narcotic. Even then, for $RD500 and a cedula my pharmacy would get me a prescription without me having to see a doctor, to back up the sale of what I asked for.
I don't really need a prescription. I need meds about once a week provided by them and tests often to check if all better.Catch 22... Are you sure what you need requires a prescription? I've been able to get anything I needed without a prescription as long as it wasn't a narcotic. Even then, for $RD500 and a cedula my pharmacy would get me a prescription without me having to see a doctor, to back up the sale of what I asked for.
I apologize, I did not intend to offend anyone. I am a "fatist" and try to be open minded. It's just that when I see a person that is 35 to 40 pounds overweight I immediately lose respect, just like when I see a drug addicted person passed out on the sidewalk in Philly.Big, you have such a way with words.. "Fat people". Wouldn't this pertain to anyone (walking around the block), heavy, thin, etc...
She needs a prescription from a doctor if she wants insurance to cover the cost.Catch 22... Are you sure what you need requires a prescription? find a REAL stair master...and go very fast for 30 minutes,,,dont forget the wieght lifting for the the muscle groups....Intense cardio! Not a stroll through the park. Fat people think walking around the block is enough. If you don't get your pulse rocking, you may as well be watching a soap opera.
Not all gyms have stairmasters. The alternative is to jack up the treadmill to a 15 degree incline. At my weight of 77 kg, it shows I burn 619 calories for a 40 minute walk between an incremented walk of 6.0 - 7.2 kmh.find a REAL stair master...and go very fast for 30 minutes,,,dont forget the wieght lifting for the the muscle groups....
My Medicare plan covered it.Expensive and generally not covered by regular insurance if I remember correctly. Big is correct.
This is a scan that looks for coronary artery plaque.
If you're referring to me. I don't need a prescription. I need Salud Publico to give me meds they supply free. Way too expensive for me or most people to pay for out of pocket. About 7 years ago they offered but I had to get some tests and i had no money for them. I had Humano but when i asked if they covered the tests they said no insurance here covers tests for this and they cancled my insurance. (12-week course of the meds can range from US$54,000 to $95,000 (or higher).)She needs a prescription from a doctor if she wants insurance to cover the cost.
