Manual windows still come on many trucks and even a few cars.

Too your point though, the vehicle is fairly new as evidenced by the side marker light on the passenger outside mirror.

And adding, the hack has been around/known for some time. And it does work with most power windows.......the older the vehicle the better as the window motor is not as strong as when it was new.

Another caution is that too much downward pressure could cause the glass to shatter.

It does make a nice tik tok video and will probably get lots of views.

Happened to me once at a beach in samana. Within 2 min i was surrounded by at least 50 "experts" willing to beat and scratch the hell out of my car.
Made a short amazon search to check which one was the cheapest window, smashed it with a rock in a towel and all was good.

Never sad that car was old, only that it works on older cars with manual windows …the video is fake car has power windows with someone on other end operating switch..reminds me of viral video open a locked car door with tennis ball…
