I don't even know what world that is. I can see where my car is anytime with Airtag. It's amazingly accurate.

You own the airtag and registred it on your Iphone. A unknown Iphone will receive a message about an airtag nearby. So for anonimous tracking is is not the best choise. I agree. It is suitable for personal use or tracking for a day or so.

Without another Iphone nearby, sending a BT signal, you will nog receive any updates about the locatation of your car (or suitcase etc.)
