New Sea-Port in Sosua

Does anyone know when contruction is going to take place in Charamicos for the new Sea-Port and when it might be completed?

Also, what is the deal will some Russians buying lots of land in El Batey? Is there any major developments taking place in the near future in Sosua?

dunno- will have to wait and see, there is still plenty of contruction going on in various places around Sosua especially around the old casino area

All work practically stopped on this construction site until an unforseeable future. A very major delay is expected. especially on the third building.

The Gardens Condos construction will be startingagain as soon as the builder/developer returns from the USA. He does this every 6 weeks or so and has for many years on all of his projects. Not on site then no work done as he knows it will not be done right. The builder returns tomorrow so expect work beginning again by the weekend.
