Am I alone here...Does anyone think its outrageous that we pay close to $150 in taxes for a RT ticket to the DR. Any other place in the world that comes close?..Please enlighten... Who is getting this money? and why do we keep paying it.

I sold a piece of land, half the money at the time of contract and the other six months later. The guy is six months behind with the other half. How can I proceed with this situation,To make him pay or refund his money. He seems to be dodging me. J.

How come it takes so long to get a certificate of tittle? I have been waiting for about 7-10 years after I bough my lot to get mine. Than again, my cousin is a lawyer an she seem to be taking too long to do this -I believe I might have another problem and will need an independent legal advise...
