Does anyone have an update on today? I’m praying for a guilty verdict but expecting another postponement or delay of some kind.

It’s so frustrating, my main concern is for Lindsays mum who is 90 years old and every single delay and shambles normal or not is so detrimental.

Will check later this evening here in the UK for a trial update which is usually kindly supplied by @AlterEgo. More than likely a continuance date but that’s better than nothing.

I thought the same, absolute madness even for the DR! Am I missing something but surely running them back to back or in drinks and drabs still takes the same amount of time. Im presuming, perhaps wrongly that he won’t have any access to any assets or finances while on remand or if found guilty?

One again waiting with bated breath as to the court case resuming today and thinking of Lindsays family.

Some of us have written impact statements which I believe have been received and admitted.

Thank you so much for keeping us informed. My heart is now beating through my chest.

Yet again my fingers are crossed that the trial does actually go forward today and that Lindsay’s family and friends see justice (well the only justice available to us anyway) served. My thoughts and prayers go out to them as always. Will check back later this evening for any updates.
