Migration director wants more controls for those who enter on market days

Yes, that's what I remember from when I was there about three years ago. Surely the demographics haven't changed that much in such a short time.

    Sosúa Beach Renovations

What a ridiculous explanation of your obsession with Sosua "whoremongers". Remember, I live in Cabarete too but don't share your repetitive reasoning. But OK, I give up.

US government suspends aid to Haiti, El Salvador sends troops

Continuing aid to a wealthy country like Israel while stopping it to Haiti? Doesn't make much sense to me.

    Sosúa Beach Renovations

But you haven't explained why, if you "could care less" (as you put it) about these men, you keep on and on about them.

Abel Martínez proposes measures to control Haitian migration

He doesn't seem to be proposing anything new here. I wonder how "enforcing stricter controls in key sectors like agriculture and construction, while ensuring these industries’ productivity remains unaffected" will be possible.

Likely visit of President Trump in November for Summit of the Americas

Where does Musk rank in that list? Will he be coming to the DR?

    Sosúa Beach Renovations

If you don't care about the men you insist on calling "whoremongers" why do you keep on about them incessantly?

Truckers dare authorities to stop them from circulating on the Malecon in the capital city

The trucks on the Malecon are a danger to other traffic an eyesore that is not good for SD's image. I agree with the government on this one. Truck bans like this are common in other world cities.

    Sosúa Beach Renovations

Personally, I like Sosua beach as it is and would not describe the condition as "squalor".

    Sosúa Beach Renovations

I'm not going to get into a back and forth with you over such an unimportant matter, but as far as I remember they certainly are up the hill from the beach, at the same level as the car park.

But that's the problem. At least if they were arrested by the police and taken before a court they are more likely to make sure the right person is punished.

Well, with all the over-construction of homes in the area, I suppose an over-construction of supermarkets is inevitable.

    Flying taxis coming to DR?

It would make more sense if the aircraft could carry more than one passenger. One member here (I never see him posting now) used to take passengers to order in his plane. I always thought an air-taxi service between Puerto Plata and Punta Cana would be a good idea.

    Teen's Skull Smashed At Resort

Instead of just giving one word responses like "Wrong!", "False!" or "Bogus!" when you disagree with a comment, how about giving your reasons so that we can see if your own thoughts are wrong, false or bogus?

Dominicans in favor of Trump’s increase of raids and deportations

I simply replied to your post, politely requesting more clarification. I don't know why you continue to make things up about me. The Mojito bar in Cabarete is not my favourite, as I have replied to you before, in fact I think I have been there once in the last year, despite going to...

Dominicans in favor of Trump’s increase of raids and deportations

As a matter of interest, why do you say that? If it's because it's a money maker for the authorities involved, then I agree.
