Can cedula be renewed without going all the way to santo domingo? That bus ride allmost killed me for my temp residency. 4 hrs there 4hrs at migration 4hrs back. Getting too old for all in one day. Got Temp residency thanks to cavok and all that helped me here. Dont trust hotels so ill make...

Is there a late fee for cedula renewal also?
