    Side note. We lived in San Francisco when this one 6.9 hit. NO Warnings at all. Most buildings and infrastructure had been built/upgraded for earthquakes yet the damage was pretty bad.

    I was in Northern Haiti for the 2010 quake. It was devastating there because of the influx of refugees. We felt it but had negligible damage. I don't want to go thru that again.

    I KNEW I felt something when I got up to drain the firehose this morning.

    They are usually so slight I have a hard time figuring out if it's my bad balance or an actual tremor.

    I was sneezing in that moment, a worker told me just shaked very strong and I joked was my sneez, then I received the notification just after I said that.
