Who can tell me where or which lawyer is able to make some
contacts to get the Dominican Passport without problems....
I can not get the Citizenship because how i told, i have a bad
conduct.

I will pay good if i would have someone "corrupt"......

PLEASE ANSWER CONFIDENTIAL: SASCHA8882001@YAHOO.COM

Please help, i know this is not legal, but what about my family
if i am in jail, in germany......what about all the time?

Thanks
Sascha

Sascha,

A public fourm like this is no place to be asking for information about illegal activities. Frankly the last thing the DR needs is another Slimball, Eurotrash, criminal in their country. Of course, that is if what you say is serious.

What do they say?

If you do the crime, be prepared to do the time.

This person is not posting from the DR, more likley Austria or going thru a proxy server.

Should be interesting, as I know people from the German embassy read DR1 and the board.

Jeez, talk about seeing everything !! This is why the Eurotrash that comes here is able to get away with so much. they really have the balls and there are lawyers that will get him what he wants.

Good to know that the person is not inside the DR right now....

Wonder if our friends at Interpol have this guy on their lists...

Make a wonderful sting operation

Who's the slimeball here? The hypocrites?

What one country calls a criminal, in MANY cases, are not slime balls at all and are really wonderful people. Some laws in some countries just suck. I can think of a few right here in the USA. I've NEVER believed in the adage, "because it's the law" as reason enough to obey it. It is always a matter of weighing the potential penalty, risk, and reward. It is for all of us.

In my opinion, the criminal justice system in most countries has more slimeballs than anywhere, and that includes police, prosecutors and defense attorneys, judges, and legislators.

I would not be to harsh to judge unless you know the details. Even the president of the USA has committed crimes, that had he been caught, could have landed him in jail. I bet most of us have. About the only difference is getting caught.

How many of us have: Driven recklessly or while impaired, used illegal drugs or have been in the presence of somebody using illegal drugs, lied on their taxes, stolen, had sexual relations with a minor (under 18), paid somebody cash specifically so THEY could avoid paying taxes, bribed a police officer, participated in under age drinking, ...

You do the crime, you do the time? Who on this forum has ever been charged with a crime and hired a lawyer to do everything in their power to get out of it, from having the charges reduced, to looking for loopholes instead of just "doing the time for the crime". I find no honor in doing the time for a crime. If any of you do, then go right to the police station and turn yourselves in for any past crimes committed. You see, only a fool would do this.

Let he who is without sin cast the first stone!

How many of us in the same situation as this gentleman, might consider similar action. After all, your freedom and the well being of your family are at stake and I'd think that would take precedent over anything else.

I'm not suggesting anybody help this guy and become a party to illegal activity, but I call most who have commented in this thread hypocrites.

Jim......

He says his passport won't be renewed......

He's also looking for a "false" passport or citizenship......DOESN"T THIS TELL YOU SOMETHING??????

The German gov't does not refuse to renew passports for "reckless driving, lying on taxes, underage drinking "etc.
I'm not an authority on German law however I believe in The states the crime must be a "felony" for passports to be "non-renewable".
I don't know about you but killers, drug dealers, extortionists, etc are not wanted in my country nor here in my adopted one.

Maybe this thread should be moved to the legal forum and he can get some legal, not illegal, advice from Fabio. I do know that when you get a DUI in Germany you are in much more trouble then you would be in the states. One probably could be revoked a passport for that.

Only if someone dies Theresa....

Then the charge is criminal negligence causing death or something similar. In other words it's the same as if you took a gun and murdered someone.
This fellow did post to the legal forum and Fabio did respond.
I know of no non-terrorist country in the world that accepts "criminals" as immigrants or naturalized citizens. This fellow has indicated in his posts both on this thread and in the legal thread that he faces a "long time" in prison is convicted or his SEVERAL criminal cases.

This is too crazy!!! Sir you will have to pay for your crimes sooner or later. I hope sooner. What makes you think that because you have a family that you should be free from your crimes. Most people who have pending crime against them have families too! Why would you lie about your location? What is really going on?

Please give me your definition of a terrorist and a non terorist country in the world?
lets see, is Ireland considered a terrorist country for harboring terrorists (IRA)?
Is Israel considered a terrorist country for mass murdering civilians in town of jenin and now cleaning up the mess by burying civilians in massive graves? No media allowed.
Is USa considered a terrorist country for dropping 2 atomic bombs on japanese civilians, killing millions in countries like Iraq, Vietnam, panama, Afghanistan, greneda etc etc? Did I mention the CIA sponsered drug trade in central america to support CIA activities in nicaragua (contras) etc?
Tell me, do you consider any of these listed countries above a terrorist country or is this label is only reserved for countries like Iran, libya, syria, iraq, north Korea etc?

"I will pay good if i would have someone "corrupt"...... " Sascha

I am surprised that you haven't found a connected lawyer yet who can help you with your problem.
I am sure with the proper connections a lawyer can get you whatever you want.
I would be more skeptical if you were involved in drug dealing charges or muder / rape type activities in germany. These types of crimes are taken very seriously in any country but dominicans are even more harsher than the rest.
Interpol makes regular sweeps of the local bars and restaurants to arrest people like yourself. DR is a small island and most foreigners know each other very well. Even if you keep a low profile, you will be noticed eventually. I personally know a person in caberete / sosua area who works with Interpol in assisting arrests of the local foreign fugitives. He is a paid informant and will turn anyone in.
My advice is to come to this country first and then get in touch with a prominent lawyer of the PRD party and have him assist you with your needs. I would imagine you would have to pay dearly as the lawyer would have total control over your destiny. He may even black mail or turn you in if you offer any dispute over the already agreed amount of money, even if he changes his mind to charge you double (which maybe the likely case).
Anyhow, good luck

Terrorist Countries....in my book

are countries that accept ANYBODY, regardless of their past criminal activities..........
Now if you think about it ....good ole Canada could be classified as such for accepting known Nazi's after the second world war!!
So stick that in your pipe and smoke it AZB!!
Just don't choke to death on the smoke.....I wouldn't want to be accused as an "accessory" to murder!!! :D

yes but what about the woman and children?

Oh man,

You should not have gotten involved with a woman
got her pregnant and then start thinking about all
of your past sins.

It's people like you that make it bad for the rest
of us that try to earn the trust and respect of the Dominican woman. That is why the Dominican women are so suspect of the extranjero if anything
more than just casual sex is involved you should
be ashamed. I feel sorry for your family if you
are there only source of income.

One more thing remeber Didier a few weeks ago
he knew everbody in the French Gov't worth knowing
but Hippo still kicked him out, no lawyer can save you forever.

So for you Euro-trash,American Bandidos and other
ladrones stay out of the Republica and leave the
women alone!!

I only consider the low life Moslem countries that either harbor or finance terrorists that kill innocent non combatant men women and children to be Terrorist Countries.

BTW: I hope Israel does a good job of cleaning house in Jenin and then every other stinking vermin filled town inhabited by those low life palestinian buttwipes. I hope Sharon has the ability to stay the course. If he doesn't it would be too bad.

Too bad the Palestinians don't love their children as much as they hate the Israelis. If they did they would have peace. Only in the eyes of scumbags is killing women and children acceptable and retaliation not.

After US gets finished in Afganistan I think they should go next to Saudi Arabia. That is just my wish and not what is going to happen but nothing wrong with wishing.

Regards

Don't worry about this guy

If he has the right kind of money, he should be able to take care of his problem.

-If someone from the Dominican Justice Department gets a hold of this, our judges will be running into each other trying to fix it. Our judges are for sale, specially if you are in for drugs. Jails are now being used as temporary cooling shelters. When you got the heat, they put you in jail for a few months 'till you get "cold", then the fix comes thru. US$10,000 and up can do it. Wonder why our Chief Justice is suspending several of the top judges "who got caught"? What about the others?

-According to the most recent Penn and Schoen poll, the most corrupted government agency is the Drug Enforcement Agency(DNCD). The people polled were not wrong. Planting drugs is a Dominican art. There are more drug dealers being extortioned by the law than drug dealers extortioning each other. In Capotillo the drug dealers rule with protection from you know who. Property confiscated by government agencies form drug dealers is never returned and is kept by government officials.

-For a few dollars immigration officials would not stamp your passport when you exit or enter DR. This is very useful for those who have green cards and overstay their visit to DR.

-The top French fugitive who lived in DR for years with his wife was a VIP guest of our government officials. It was well known in government circles that this man was one of the top 10 in France. It took a major scandal to have him self-deport himself. He was so grateful to our DR authorities he turned himself in.

-Two of the most wanted Dominicans in the U.S. are protected by you know who. One of them is a top entertainment and casino magnate, the other is a major sports magnate. They shine in the society limelight in spite of being sought by the Federals. If you know who they are, have you seen anyone of them venturing out of our 12 mile limit? Of course not. Interpol has a VIP reception for them waiting.

So my German friend, don't despair. Just bring in the bucks. Someone will help you. I wish I were in the business. It is very profitable. Perhaps not. I like to sleep well at night.
