I am planning on returning to Puerto Plata in October with a friend. She wants to come for the Merengue Festival. Can I have an exact time frame with info on the festival? Schedule When to book rooms?
Also planning on a return trip with a friend to the Luperon area in February. She tells me there is a wonderful carnival during this time. The last week of Feb. sounds like the best time, but is there any carnival in the Luperon area or would we have to travel somewhere else?
