Hi,
With a Dr passport where can we renew in Canada. We can't go to the DR at this time so we were wondering of other possibilities. Can someone gives us advice?

How about a Dominican Consulate in Toronto if you are in that area. Call any Canadian agency and they will give you the numbers to any and all Dominican embassy

Don't waste your time with the honorary consul in Toronto, no passports there.
