Yes, like I said FLL-SDQ-FLL will be A320 service as the press release states below:
(Last Summer 2008, the MCO-SDQ-MCO route operated with the A320 and loads were always full round trip).

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Feb. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JetBlue Airways (Nasdaq: JBLU - News) will add two new international routes from its Fort Lauderdale focus city this June to Cancun, Mexico, and Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, subject to receipt of government operating authority. The customer-friendly airline will offer daily nonstop service to both cities beginning June 18, with low fares starting at just $71(a) each way to Cancun and $99(b) each way to Santo Domingo. Cancun and Santo Domingo are the latest additions to JetBlue's growing operation in Fort Lauderdale, where the airline offers nonstop flights to 18 destinations. Last week JetBlue began its first-ever international service from Fort Lauderdale with two daily flights to Nassau, Bahamas.
JetBlue will operate its Santo Domingo service with 150-seat Airbus A320 aircraft and its Cancun route with the spacious 100-seat EMBRAER 190 jet, both of which feature industry-leading legroom, roomy leather seats, personal seatback entertainment, and unlimited free snacks and drinks.
