North Coast Flooding?

I understand there has been epic flooding at Sea Horse Ranch and other developments around Sosua & Cabarete?

I've seen a lot of standing water in fields but haven't heard of any flooding(?).

Seen some flooding in neighborhoods on the south side of Hwy 5....roads passable in 4x4 but too high for me to traverse in my car. A few spots around Hispaniola Beach were temporarily problematic but that's about all I've seen.

Yes, there was flooding slightly before Sea Horse Ranch today after the rains (when going towards Cabarete). Even had the cranes and other birds making it looking like a lake/marsh thing. Caused a bit of a traffic jam in the morning and a few vehicles broke down

The birds in the pastures/lagoons at Seahorse were not cranes they are egrets.
