I cannot understand hor anyone could live under those conditions and survive for very long.
people live through worse than that. and seeing how many criminals are arrested repeatedly for the same type of offences there is a good chance that for some inmates this is their home away from home.

So, the moral of the story is do not give beautiful girls a ride home in the rain. Let me guess. The pooooooleece never pinned this on anyone and its still an unsolved DR murder? Dominican cops need to watch more American television. Defensive wounds are crime solving 101. Love you trying to help them out with your criminal behavior knowledge. Obviously you had no recent scratches or road rash from crashing on the motor, eh?
Franks story permanenty ended any curiosity I ever had about Dominican jails.
i totally want to visit dominican jail even more than before. when we went to the police to report theft of our meter i was trying to peek inside which really annoyed miesposo. i was in polish arrest twice but that was pretty peaceful experience...
