Sounds reasonable. The way I read the form was that there is a 14 day quarantine IF you test positive for covid.

Everything in this country is selective enforcement. How would you test positive if no test is required to begin with?
I came in last week and no tests were required. Sometimes the medics ask you to come to their table for some covid bs but i didn't stop and kept walking towards the immigration. I have traveled 3 times in the last few months and only once they called me to stop at the covid-19 desk. I guess they wanted to test me for the virus. But i wasn't going to comply, i just kept walking as if i didn't hear them. I passed through immigration and out the next minute to the street.
I arrived Tuesday 12 January to Punta Cana, after 74 hour delay because of Madrid airport closure because of snow that fell on 8 January and subsequent ice. My flight was originally scheduled for January 9.
I was given 2 forms for health, one that says I will self-quarantine for 14 days (I attach a photo of the document) and a health form asking where I will be staying, length of trip etc.
Enough to say, nobody in PUJ asked for that form or signed document and it is still in my possession.
