To many variables to have a pool on shooting rampages in the US. For instance school or college, mall or work place, military or postal, disgruntled employee or domestic. As you can see it would be a logistical nightmare. Hope this answers your question about this type of pool in the US.

Well, that would be totally undr1 related....unless it was in the offtopic forum. What could be suitable is a pool on how many gringos will die in the upcoming couple of months.

How many shot, stabbed, died in accidents, and if they were shot how many held on to a purse with only a few dollars in it, or how many had a lot of cash. How many killed by their significant other's chulos, etc.

I agree with this one, we could do a yearly poll on this. Dominicans usually kill around a gringo a month, no?

this is too many options. how about just a pool on plain murder and vehicular accident? as a bonus we could trow in a number of gringos arrested for various crimes.
