Jazzy baby, where do you live again? How much different do you think the weather in southern Ontario is from New York?

Like many people (I don't like to say Americans, he seems to be unaware that many parts of the U.S get far worse weather than a lot of Canada. I live in London. about 100 miles more or less across Lake Erie from Cleveland. When I watch the news and I see what they get in Buffalo and the American north shore of the lake, here it is often positively balmy.

While no reason was given for the refused visas in the article those of us who have had dealings with the process have to assume it is because of the 85% (as per consulate staff figures) who don't return to the DR after their visa has expired.
