Happens all the time. A lot of people try to kill them self by jumping into the sea arround aquario nacional (because of the cliffs and they can't swim back to any beach). Than the current washes them up more south. Arround where i live (km 8) we get several of them each year.

It's not next to D' Luis. I was there. I do agree It was very sad to see the body washed up next to trash. He must have been there for while. His arms were across his chest and when the waves rolled him over and over the arms didn't move. It took very long time for the body to be removed. Two ambulances and a Fire truck came and it still took forever.
