A good lawyer

We will be moving to the Dominican Republic in 3 weeks to start a business, and would like recommendations of a good and reasonably priced lawyer, rather than just getting one from the yellow pages.
Also we are bringing our 2 dogs with us and need accomodation that is dog friendly. Ideally situated somewhere along or near the north coast with some land attached would be great. We would be looking to rent for 2-3 months.
