Stop Jet Blue flights and the place would be quiet but many businesses would suffer, but then it would take years to rebuild non-John tourism.
I can't see Willie cutting off this flow of income.
Willie has no authority to stop or not stop…he kissed the ring and knows his place…this prez is not the type to mess with under table shit and bribes ..

Call me old fashioned but whatever happened to people being discrete?
Take it down a notch or take it elsewhere.
El Flow is just the first of many who are on the chopping block. Bye bye and try not to let the door hit you in the ass on the way

It's called humour.
Ladies and Gentleman please...
Lets not make a mountain out of a mole hill.

It's too late. I've called JB and we have a meeting set up for the third Tuesday of next week.

How would you stop Jet Blue? Can't the johns just take another airline?
Yep but they are cheapie-cheapie tourists and it wouldn't be as inexpensive for them to come.
Jet Blue probably comes here with always full planes from NY, so I doubt they will go away.

El Flow was a mostly Dominican bar,not really a place where working girls hung out. When seating was allowed on the sidewalk mongers would sit there but inside it was always 90% Dominicans drinking, shooting pool and generally having a good time,it was NOT like some of the other bars on Pedro back in the day.

El Flow was plagued with problems from day one. I remember when living in Sosua several years ago they had more than one shooting incident with the place packed full of customers.
As far as the mongers sitting on/ cluttering the side walks while recording their YouTube videos for the homies while talking shit about regular folks passing by who are not out chasing spandex queens.
GOOD RIDDANCE.

"They" from JetB will still have a place to go. Just more out of sight and out of mind.

This was talked about years ago and is still in process. Such is the speed of such things in the DR.

That is one way of putting it.
I cannot say that I am in disagreement.

But, they will not be gone, just in another location. Prohibition? It never works.
The YouTube videos are likely to continue, just from further on down the road.

I agree.
It's their country so they will deal with it how they see fit.

I have expected a red light district for years based upon small steps along with news reports about the desire to clean up the west end of Pedro Clisante. Especially to minimize the visibility of prostitution. It seems to be finally taking shape.

Lol!
It's very refreshing to have a laugh on DR1 without get getting hammered by the PC crowd.

All in favor of people having a good time. Also in favor of people behaving like they are a guest and not on some street corner in da bronx, brooklyn, queens, harlem, detroit, philly, dc, baltimore, atlanta, ect.
No doubt, life is tough in the big city.

If I wanted to vacation in that type of environment, flights to those places are readily available via JB. I prefer Sosua over those cities for a reason and it ain't for the gorillas in spandex.

El Flow and a few others are going to be removed. Things are changing so learn to adapt and take it down a notch or take it somewheres else.

well if last week was any indication of things to come. Sosua was packed with chicas, from the beach to the eastern end of town. Casino, bars, restaurants, gas station (don't know why they congregate there) 100s , everywhere.

Here's a photo I took of El Flow a few weeks ago.
It was late afternoon but you can still see the place
has been completely leveled/ cleared out.

Does that include Platinum Disco ? looks that way . What about Bermuda Bar on the corner ?
the corner bar is/has closed, was a great place for a tactical view of everything "Sosua"
